Application data is encrypted in transit. Sensitive identifiers are transmitted to our customer relationship and lender systems over encrypted channels and are accessible only to staff working your file.

Retention & your choices

We retain application records as required for compliance and program audit purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements) by emailing [email protected]. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time; transactional messages about an active application will continue.
